He learned the hard way not to be too quick to throw people out when they interrupt him, so as annoyed as he probably will be once he notices your presence, you'll more likely than not get a sufficient chance to justify yourself. Usually.]

Because, before I was pulled here, I was pulled into his time with the others he had taken offense to as well. I simply memorized what they told me about their experiences in their own time periods.

Now... I have not seen any of them. I do not know if they are here, back where they belong... or scattered elsewhere.

Can you provide any evidence that this alleged meeting happened at all? The entire tale continues to strike me as more appropriate to a work of speculative fiction than a casefile in my office.
