[open RP meme] The "pester Edgeworth in his office" post, Dreamwidth edition
[Chances are, when you enter room 1202 of the Prosecutor's Office, you'll find High Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth hard at work. He learned the hard way not to be too quick to throw people out when they interrupt him, so as annoyed as he probably will be once he notices your presence, you'll more likely than not get a sufficient chance to justify yourself. Usually.]

As for who to question, I wouldn't suggest confronting the suspect directly until you've found support for your theory; if you're right in your suspicions, he'll undoubtedly deny it until you confront him with the means by which to catch him in his lie. I suggest bringing in other relatives of both the suspect and the victim for questioning. If they can't provide the proof you need themselves, they may at least know of friends of each who could.

[He nods, though he manages to look a tiny bit smug.]
I've put in a request to visit Peter Jones. Ender unfortunately seems to live alone and not talk to anyone, but I'm trying to get access to his apartment building to talk to his neighbors. I've suggested visiting Ender's apartment, though - if he's thinking the way I think he's thinking, then there should be enough evidence to support my theory.

[... He realizes he's been intruding possibly too long.]
I hope this is helpful. I'm sorry for taking up so much of your time, Prosecutor Edgeworth.

My apologies; I must be mistaken.
